Important Notice
Midwestern Shooters Supply does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess or carry specific items offered in this catalog according to federal, state or local laws. Before ordering any firearms, knives, bullets, powder, primers, loaded ammunition and long gun and handgun components, KNOW YOUR FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS. You must be of legal age to purchase the items listed above and be under no legal disability A person placing an order for such items in this catalog warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing or transferring these items under applicable federal, state or local law. Further, these items cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, those convicted of a misdemeanor crime or domestic abuse or those chemically dependent.
Damaged Items
If the customer discovers a damaged shipment, the carrier should be notified immediately The merchandise should not be returned to us until notified to do so by the carrier. All packaging materials must be retained including styrofoam peanuts, inner and outer cartons, labeling, etc. for inspection by the carrier or the claim may be denied. With shipments properly packaged (as all our shipments are), the ultimate responsibility for delivery in good condition rests with the carrier.
Defective Items
Defective items should be returned to the manufacturer for warranty repair or replacement.
Payment
Accepted forms of payment are certified check, personal check, money order, credit card (VISA, Master Card) or COD. No credit card orders under $10.00 are accepted. The customer's choices of payment methods may depend on amount of purchase or destination of shipment. Midwestern Shooters Supply requires a $10.00 minimum phone-order purchase.
Pricing
We will pass on decreases in pricing to our customers whenever possible. Due to foreign currency fluctuations, promotions, manufacturers' specials, etc.; prices may vary, so be sure to confirm prices when ordering. All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Midwestern Shooters Supply is not responsible for typographical errors or omissions.
Refunds
Amounts under $ 10.00 will not be refunded.
Returns
In order to maintain the lowest possible prices, we do not offer a free trial or evaluation period on our products. If permitted, an Authorized return of merchandise for credit (it must be like new with all original packaging) will be subject to a Minimum 10% Restocking Fee. The item must be returned within 30 days after receipt, prepaid, with a copy of the purchase invoice and a letter describing the reason for the return. NOTE: Ammunition and hazardous materials cannot be returned unless hand carried to the Midwestern Shooters Supply store by the original customer. We cannot refund shipping and handling fees or return postage.
Shipping
Shipping charges, which include adequate insurance, are based on the Order Total at the time of the initial shipment (COD fees not included). The order amount on which charges are determined is pre-coupon and pre-tax Cancellations on partially shipped orders will not affect the shipping charges. Shipping calculations on best ground method to the contiguous 48 states have been simplified by utilizing flat-rate categories. Other UPS methods (Red, Blue & Orange) and any USPS methods are charged at regular rates without any credit for UPS ground rates. CODs are not accepted for these faster methods. Shipments to APO/FPO are via Priority Mail. Orders exceeding UPS or USPS weight, size or value limits will be shipped via Truck or Air Freight collect. Shipping charges taxable in Wl.
